kymco scooter low km's in good condition

I'm selling this little scooter for a friend and I'll try to describe it as best I can but it does need a little bit of work to get it going! It is a one owner from new and has only done very low KM's and the issues I know about are Won't start I think its stale unleaded petrol from standing I can't open petrol cap! It has a good battery that will charge it has had a new fuel pump fitted not long ago everything works including horn lights and indicators! I'm happy for anyone to come and try to start it here prior to purchase providing they are a qualified mechanic! Please note I have listed it as a 1980 model but not sure of the year of manufacture but had to put a year in to post the advert so please don't hold me to it!More
